Plan Managers is a trusted financial intermediary NDIS Plan Management Provider (PMP). As a NDIS Participant/nominee, you select the supports and providers you want and we will look after the financial side of your plan, thereby ‘helping you flourish’.
We are an independent NDIS funds administrator, not part of a larger disability service provider. Our independence ensures your interests always take priority. In addition, as part of a registered CPA public accounting practice, Plan Managers, operates within the requirements and regulations of an official public accounting practice so you can be confident that we are a professional organisation.
A NDIS financial intermediary, such as Plan Managers, assists participants to manage their plan by paying for and monitoring the funded supports on their behalf. A participant can decide to use a registered plan management provider to manage some or all of the funding of supports in their plan. It should be noted that a financial intermediary is not responsible for negotiating or organising service agreements or providers to deliver supports, monitoring delivery or the quality of the supports received.
Put simply, Plan Managers hold money on behalf of a person with a disability and pay for approved services in accordance with your choice of authorisation process. Participants/nominees also have the option to access our mobile phone app and Support Co-ordinators can also access our online Support Co-ordinator portal to also monitor plan spending.
